On 16 October 2016, Queenstown's iconic gravel oval hosted an epic match between a mixed team of visiting artists, media and hangers-on and a team of West Coast locals for The Unconformity festival. After a hard-fought match, tempered by wet weather and hangovers, the West were victorious over the Rest. But football was the ultimate winner, thanks to the spirit and generosity shown by both sides.
